Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship out blanks. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!).

Fine lines have a tendency to break and/or appear broken when printing on cloth materials. Some fine details may be lost during printing as well as fade quickly after printing. Thin lines and fine type may be difficult to read or break up when printed on the fiber loops of this product and as a result imprint will vary from piece to piece. INTENDED FOR DRY USE ONLY. Also, cloth material size, shape, and color, varies from cloth to cloth and order to order. Towels are intended for individual use and cannot be identical to each other. Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Microfiber cloths are intended for individual use and cannot be compared.
ART FORMAT COMPATIBILITY: Vector art in EPS, AI or PDF formate is required for all spot color and laser engraved imprints. High res (300DPI) pixel image formats such as JPG, PNG or TIF are acceptable for full color imprints. All type should be converted to outlines, or have the requisite OTF and/or TTF font files included with the art. Note: Due to potential compatibility issues with vector art formats, if your artwork falls outside the artboard/preview window, Innovation cannot be responsible for any copy or logo that is layered, lost or hidden and will not print.
